Our job at E-Station is to solve this problem : we quote a firm CIF price to your port, we deliver the bitumen in drums, in big bags or in bulk, and payment is secured by letter of credit. Our bitumen supply offer for Africa
We supply bitumen 60/70 in drums of 180-190 kg — the format that 8 out of 10 African buyers request — but also 50/70, from 40/50 and 35/50 for specifications written to European standards, plus 80/100 and oxidised bitumen. The price is quoted CIF or CFR to your port of destination, minimum volume 500 metric tonnes, sourced from a network of refineries in Iraqi Kurdistan with a certificate of analysis linked to the batch. Theindependent SGS-type inspection before loading is built into the letter of credit if your bank requires it.

How we work
A request for a quotation tells us four things : the grade, the tonnage, the port and the packaging. We reply within 48 h with a firm CIF price, dated, with its validity, and the complete list of documents provided — bill of lading, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, packing list, inspection report if required. Your bank can open the letter of credit with no back-and-forth. No deposit by transfer, ever : that is the bitumen scam pattern, and we put it in writing.
Organising a bitumen delivery in Africa means mastering three variables: the delivered-port CIF price, the packaging suited to local handling means, and the real shipping schedule. Depending on the destination — Dakar, Abidjan, Douala, Lomé or Pointe-Noire — vessel rotations and storage capacities differ significantly. We factor in these constraints from the quotation stage so that the announced lead time matches the reality on the ground, without needlessly holding up your projects.
